Sazerac cocktail

Ingredients

1 tsp Ricard
1/2 tsp superfine Sugar More drinks with Sugar
2 dashes Peychaud bitters
1 tsp Water More drinks with Water
2 oz Bourbon More drinks with Bourbon
1 twist of Lemon peel More drinks with Lemon peel

Instructions

Rinse a chilled old-fashioned glass with the absinthe, add crushed ice, and set it aside.

Stir the remaining ingredients over ice and set it aside.

Discard the ice and any excess absinthe from the prepared glass, and strain the drink into the glass.

Add the lemon peel for garnish.
